Move the needle every day!

Moving the needle means that you are generating a reaction. To be appreciated — and for a strong organization to grow – people need to tune into where or how “they are moving the needle.”

Ask yourself: How does what you do have an impact on the business? Am I watching the same needle as everyone else? Am I familiar with the customers’ pain points and am helping to solve them?
